Who are Murphy’s Heroes?

Murphy’s Heroes is one of the oldest gaming clubs in the Netherlands, founded in 1989. In the last few years it has numbered around 70 members.

The club meets every Saturday in Delftstede social centre, Phoenixstraat 66 in Delft. The main features are board games, wargames and role playing games. It is always possible to drop in or set up a game with members through our yahoo mailing list (see contact.)

Once in a while we organise "kilo games", in which ten to twenty players can participate. Our members are also involved in organising megagames (with still more players) and tournaments, such as Murphy's Brawl, a Warhammer Fantasy Battle tournament.

We often visit games organised by other clubs and conventions, both at home and abroad, such as Spiel in Essen (G), Colours in Reading (GB) and Crisis in Antwerp (B).

Finally, we also have a number of social events, like the annual celebration of our foundation.
